Mark Cuban, on the All-In Podcast: "Try going into Claude or ChatGPT and saying, okay, I just want you to do this search for Jason Calacanis investments, and I want you to report, and I want you to email it to me every week. It can't do it."

He is right, and the reason has nothing to do with how smart the model is. A search is a prompt. Every week is a system. Jason Calacanis named the missing piece in the same breath: "You need to have a little bit of systems thinking." Cuban: "That's the second part."

That second part is why one prompt never became a pipeline. We build you the team that does the second part, and we do it with you on the call.

Your team of six

Week 1. Identical for everyone. This is the engine.

An SDR is not one job. It is six, and most people try to buy the last one. We install all six as named agents on one always-on bot with its own computer, so the work continues when your laptop is shut. You are not learning a tool. You are hiring a team and being handed the keys.

Foundation

1. Voice DNA

Not an agent, the foundation under all of them. We extract how you actually write from your real sent mail and posts, then every other agent inherits it. This is the difference between outreach that sounds like you and outreach that gets deleted.

Agent 02

Lead Sourcer

Builds the list. Pulls prospects that match your ideal client, deduplicates against everyone you have already touched, and hands over a clean list. The job nobody automates, and the reason most bots sit idle.

Agent 03

Lead Researcher

Takes each name and finds the reason to reach out. Scores it against your criteria, finds the contact, and writes the one line that proves a human looked. Kills the bad half of the list before you spend a send on it.

Agent 04

Outbound Agent

Runs the sequence. Four touches on a cadence you set, in your voice, stopping the moment a human replies. Drafts queued for your approval until you decide otherwise.

Agent 05

Inbox Triage

Catches every reply and sorts it: interested, not now, never, or not a lead at all. Drafts the response, flags the hot ones, and makes sure nothing lands in your inbox unclassified.

Agent 06

Chief of Staff

The front door. One agent you talk to, that hands work to the other five and tells you each morning what moved, what stalled, and what needs your decision.

Week 1 win: the team is live on its own machine, has handled one real lead end to end, and you can prove it ran.

Week 2 · Pick 2 or 3 specialists

Wired to your tools, live on the call, with you driving.

What comes after the booked meeting differs by business, so you choose. Three specialists that run beat eight you babysit.

Meeting to Tasks

Turns every call into dated tasks and follow-up drafts.

Everyone

Proposal Builder

Assembles a quote from your approved past work plus the call notes.

Freelancer, owner

Money Chaser

Drafts invoices in your template, tracks unpaid, writes the chase.

Freelancer, owner

CRM Logger

Keeps your pipeline honest without you touching it. Flags stalled deals.

Owner, operator

Content Repurposer

Turns one asset into the week's posts. Drafts only, in your voice.

Owner, operator

Competitor Watcher

Checks the pages you care about weekly, reports only what changed.

Owner, operator

Client Account Watcher

One agent per key account. Never walk into a client call cold.

Operator, owner

Report on a Schedule

The exact thing Cuban says cannot be done. Every week, without you.

Everyone

Days 6 to 8 your specialists go live one at a time. Day 9 we break it on purpose and fix what breaks, which is the day that matters. Day 10 you go live for real. One milestone a day, posted with a screenshot - that rule is why the last cohort finished.

What we tell you straight

The things the free tutorials leave out.

What you get for $497

One price. Two weeks. Then three months of somewhere to go.

Our job is not to teach you about bots. Our job is to operationalise yours - to leave you with a team that is running, guard-railed, and yours to keep, and then to keep you moving after the cohort ends.

Included · 01

The two-week build

Ten live 60-minute sessions. Your team of six installed and running, plus 2 or 3 specialists of your choosing. Breakout time when your setup is the unusual one. Every asset, template, and instruction file you keep and may resell.

Included · 02

Three months of Agent J+, free

The bootcamp ends. Your questions do not. Agent J+ is where you go next: the curriculum, the community, and the people who already did what you are about to do. It is built around three outcomes, and you pick the one that is yours.

If you are an agency owner

Find the one repeated job in your business worth removing, remove it, and keep it removed. Then do it again next month.

If you are a freelancer

Get paid every month for the thing you already built. Land your first recurring maintenance retainer in 90 days without finding a single new client.

If you are an operator inside a company

Become the person your company asks. Ship one internal automation with your name on it, starting with the one job worth never doing again.

Cuban, on who wins: "It creates so much opportunity for anybody to walk into a small, medium-size business and say, all these fails that you're running into, I can help you fix them."

What the $497 does not cover. The bootcamp fee is for the build and the three months of Agent J+. You pay for your own tools and subscriptions directly, and you own those accounts. That means the bot subscription itself plus whatever your chosen agents connect to - sourcing, enrichment, sending, and your CRM. Budget roughly $50 to $200 a month to keep the team running. The number depends entirely on which specialists you pick, how many prospects you work, and how hard you run it, so treat that range as a range and not a quote. Usage on these platforms is metered and prices change without asking us. On day one we tell you exactly which plan to buy and which to avoid, we set your spending limits before you build anything, and we will always show you the cheaper way to get the same outcome. Nothing in this bootcamp requires the top tier of any product.
